You probably already know this but...
...Sean Phillips is the man. This is from the Criterion Collection edition of Blast of Silence arriving in April. What does that say under Special Features? "[A] four-page graphic-novel adaptation of the film by award-winning artist Sean Phillips (Criminal, Sleeper, Batman: Jekyll & Hyde)." Nice.

yeah, Brubaker wrote in my Sleeper vol. 1 trade pointing me towards it, sometime last year. I think Patton Oswalt wrote about this film in the back matter of one of the Criminal issues. Freakin' awesome movie.
